But something deeper kept calling.
No matter how many supplements or health protocols I offered, I could feel that people were craving more—something I was searching for, too. They didn’t just want to feel better in their bodies. They wanted to feel safe. Safe and free to be who they really were.
That’s when my path shifted again.
I began studying nervous system regulation, spirituality, and the art of true transformation. I’m currently completing the Wayfinder Life Coach Training with Martha Beck, which has deepened my understanding of what it means to live with integrity, compassion, and aligned self-love.
Today, I use a blend of life coaching, somatic practices, thought work, and intuitive tools to help people come home to themselves. I help my clients:Â
